مصر: حمى الانتخابات الرئاسية تنتقل الى “صالونات” الريف

تحول مركز الثقافة المتواضع في قرية تفهنا العزب، بدلتا النيل، الذي شيد في عهد حسني مبارك، من مكتبة عامة صغيرة ومركز لبعض الانشطة التعليمية، الى صالون سياسي يشهد اليوم مناقشات سياسية لم يكن احد يتخيلها قبل سقوط الرئيس السابق.
فقد اصبحت قاعة مركز ثقافة القرية صالوناً سياسياً يجمع السكان من مختلف الاعمار من عمدة القرية الى الطلاب الذين يتناقشون يوميا في كل الشؤون السياسية عشية اول انتخابات رئاسية حرة في تاريخ مصر.
ويقول محمود مندور مدرس اللغة العربية في مدرسة القرية ويرتدي الجلباب الريفي التقليدي “اذا اصبح لدينا حكومة حقيقية ومؤسسات تعمل بحق فان كل شئ سيتحسن”.
وكانت القاعة الصغيرة، وهي في واقع الامر ملحق لبيت ريفي وضعت على جدرانه الخارجية المبنية بالطوب الاحمر غير المطلي صور المرشحين الرئيس، تعج بالحضور.
وتعكس المناقشات في تفهنا العزب الجدل الشديد الدائر في جميع انحاء مصر بعد 15 شهرا من سقوط نظام مبارك تحت ضغط الشارع وتولي الجيش السلطة في البلاد.
وقبل ايام من الجولة الاولى لانتخابات الرئاسة التي ستجرى الاربعاء والخميس المقبلين، يتساءل المصريون في كل مكان: هل ينبغي ان نختار رئيسا لدية خبرة-  وهو رجل يصعب وجوده خارج شخصيات النظام السابق- من اجل اعادة الاستقرار وتحقيق النمو؟ ام يجب اعطاء الاسلاميين الذين يسيطرون بالفعل على البرلمان فرصة؟
ويؤكد محمد مندور بثقة “نحن بحاجة الى رجل ذي خبرة. لا يمكن ان نأتي برجل يجعل من مصر حقل تجارب في وقت نمر فيه بمرحلة صعبة”.
اما ابراهيم وهو طالب ذو لحية خفيفة فيري ان “القرآن يجب ان يكون اساس الحكم لان الدين هو الحصن في مواجهة المصالح الانانية”.
لكن كلماته اثارت همهمات استياء في القاعة. وصرخ احمد تعامي عمران “الاسلاميون لم يفعلوا شيئا للبلد والان يريدون احتكار السلطة”.

وتظل جماعة الاخوان المسلمين القوة السياسية الاولى في البلاد ولكن في تفهنا العزب وفي مصر عموما بدأ كثيرون يتساءلون عن قدرتهم على ادارة البلاد خصوصا بعد ادائهم الذي بدا ضعيفا في مجلس الشعب الذي يهيمنون عليه.
وفي هذه القرية الصغيرة، يعكس الجدل ايضا المناقشات الحامية في مصر حول وضع دستور جديد للبلاد في حين لم يتسن بعد تشكيل اللجنة التأسيسية التي يفترض ان تقوم بكتابته بسبب خلافات بين القوى السياسية.
ويقول ابو العينين زرد، وهو ضابط سابق حارب ضد اسرائيل في 1973، “كان ينبغي كتابة الدستور قبل انتخاب الرئيس فكيف يمكن ان نبني بيتا من دون ان نضع الاساس اولا؟”. ويضيف ان “الدستور سيكون قرآنياً”، ما يثير غضب ناشطين اسلاميين يغادران القاعة احتجاجا.
وخارج القاعة التي اقتصر الحضور فيها على الرجال، كانت سيدات برفقة اطفالهن تشترين حاجاتهن في شوارع القرية.
وبدا ان همهن الاول هو ارتفاع معدل الجريمة في البلاد منذ اسقاط مبارك. ومصدر القلق في قرية تفهنا العزب هو تجار المخدرات الذين يتشاجرون ويقطعون الطرق ويثيرون الرعب في القرية. وتقول صفاء “اريد رئيسا يعيد الامن لنتخلص من المجرمين”.
وتابع اهالي هذه القرية الصغيرة المناظرة التلفزيونية غير المسبوقة التي جرت قبل عشرة ايام بين اثنين من مرشحي الرئاسة هما الامين العام السابق للجامعة العربية عمرو موسى والاسلامي المعتدل عبد المنعم ابو الفتوح.
وقال امجد، وهو موظف في مدرسة القرية، “بعد كل هذه السنوات التي فرض علينا فيها الرؤساء، كان مذهلا ان نرى الرجلين يحاولان اقناع الناخبين”.
غير ان امين عبد العزيز امام وهو موظف في المجلس المحلي بدا اقل اقتناعا. وقال “هؤلاء المرشحون لا يفعلون سوى الكلام والكلام والكلام”.
