هيلاري كلينتون مرشحة لعام ٢٠١٦ ؟

hillaryهل تكون هيلاري كلينتون ورقة الديموقراطيين الرابحة في الانتخابات الاميركية المقبلة عام 2016؟ هذا ما يبدو على ضوء اعلان لجنة دعم غير رسمية تلقي عروض هبات باكثر من مليون دولار قبل ثلاث سنوات من هذا الموعد.

وقال آدم باركومنكو مدير مجموعة “ريدي فور هيلاري” (جاهزون لهيلاري) التي اطلقها بمبادرة شخصية في ما يبدو بمثابة تمهيد لحملة انتخابية، ولو ان هيلاري كلينتون نفسها لم تعلن يوما استعدادها للترشح للبيت الابيض “لقد رفضنا شيكات باكثر من مليون دولار”.

وبمعزل عن موقف هيلاري كلينتون، فان المنظمة استأجرت مكاتب في الكسندريا بضاحية واشنطن وباشر متطوعون فيها باعداد ظروف تتضمن ملصقات وسط علب تحوي قبعات وقمصان طبع عليها “هيلاري”.

ويجيز القانون لمجموعة الدعم جمع اموال غير محدودة بسقف غير انها قررت الالتزام بحد اقصى قدره 25 الف دولار للشخص حرصا منها على ترشيد التمويل الانتخابي وادخال اليه مبادئ اخلاقية.

وبعدما خسرت هيلاري كلينتون بفارق ضئيل في الانتخابات التمهيدية الديموقراطية امام باراك اوباما عام 2008، عينها الرئيس وزيرة للخارجية وبقيت في هذا المنصب حتى شباط/فبراير وبعد استراحة قصيرة عادت بخفر الى المنابر لتقوم خصوصا بمداخلات في منتديات حول المرأة والطفولة.

وقال مسؤول الاعلام في المجموعة سيث برينغمان “نريد ان تكون هيلاري مرشحة، هذا هو الهدف الآني ونعمل على وضع الاسس”.

وعلق نيك ميريك المتحدث باسم هيلاري كلينتون “انهم هيئة مستقلة تتصرف طبقا لقناعاتها” مضيفا ان “هذه الطاقة وهذه الحماسة لاقناعها بالانطلاق (في السباق) مدهشتان لكن في نهاية المطاف هي الوحيدة التي يمكنها اتخاذ هذا القرار الشخصي للغاية”.

ويتم ترقب ادنى كلام يصدر عن هيلاري كلينتون وتحليله بحثا عن ادلة.

ففي حزيران/يونيو حركت وزيرة الخارجية السابقة حسابها على موقع تويتر حيث اختتمت نبذتها بعبارة اثارت الكثير من التكهنات “ما زال يتعين تحديده”.

وراى توبي بيركوفيتس استاذ التواصل في جامعة بوسطن “لا حاجة لأن يكون الواحد من المولعين بهيلاري ليرى انها تتصدر بوضوح”.

وهي تحتل المرتبة الاولى في جميع استطلاعات الرأي التي تقارن منذ الان بين المرشحين المحتملين للبيت الابيض.

واعتبر بيركوفيتز انه لو جرت الانتخابات عام 2014 بدلا من العام 2016 “لما كان اي ديموقراطي تجرأ على الترشح ضدها”.

لكن اربعين شهرا تبدو اشبه بالابدية في السياسة، وهو ما تثبت منه السيناتور جون ماكين.

وقال المرشح الجمهوري السابق للانتخابات الرئاسية ضد باراك اوباما “قبل ثلاث سنوات من انتخابات 2008 لم يكن احد يعرف سيناتور شابا اسمه باراك اوباما، وبالتالي فقد تطرأ امور كثيرة بحلول هذا الموعد” واضاف ان كلينتون “تعلمت الكثير من (2008). انها في الصدارة اليوم لكننا ما زلنا بعيدين جدا” عن موعد الانتخابات.

واضاف “لا شك ان توليها وزارة الخارجية يعزز فرصها في ان تصبح رئيسة”.

غير ان خبرتها الطويلة كامرأة دولة قد تنقلب ضدها اذ انه في العام 2016 قد يكون خصومها الجمهوريون المحتملون اصغر سنا منها بعشرات السنوات فيما ستكون هي في ال69 من العمر.

وحين يسأل مدير مجموعة الدعم ان لم تكن هيلاري كلينتون فائقة الشعبية بشكل مبكر، يجيب بالنفي.

ويقول آدم باركومنكو “اننا نضاعف الانفاق يوميا لنتثبت من اننا بعد سنتين لن نندم على شيء ولن نتساءل اي امر آخر كان بوسعنا القيام به لبناء الهيكلية التي تحتاج اليها”.
