محاولة انقلاب في غينيا بيساو

قتل ستة أشخاص في اشتباكات في قاعدة جوية قرب عاصمة غينيا بيساو في ساعة مبكرة من صباح يوم الاحد فيما وصفته مصادر دبلوماسية بمحاولة انقلاب مضاد فيما يبدو.

وتمر غينيا بيساو التي تقع في غرب افريقيا بمرحلة انتعاش يسودها الاضطراب بعد ان اطاح الجيش بالحكومة في إبريل نيسان. وقالت مصادر دبلوماسية وعسكرية ان اعمال العنف قد تكون من تدبير انصار رئيس الوزراء السابق المقيم في الخارج.

وقال مصدر دبلوماسي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه “يبدو انه انقلاب مضاد فاشل.” وأفادت مصادر عسكرية بان “متمردين” هاجموا القاعدة الجوية في برا على بعد حوالي سبعة كيلومترات من العاصمة بيساو في نحو الساعة الثالثة صباحا وتم صد هجومهم بعد قتال استمر ساعتين. وقال مصدر عسكري مشترطا عدم نشر اسمه “وقع تبادل لاطلاق نيران الكلاشنيكوف ثم لاذ المتمردون ببناية قرب القاعدة.” واضاف ان جنود القوات الحكومية أطلقوا قذائف صاروخية على المبنى قبل أن يقتلوا عدة مهاجمين. ورأى شاهد عيان من رويترز ست جثث قرب القاعدة.

وقال شهود عيان إن الجيش أقام نقاط تفتيش وفتش السيارات المارة على الطريق الرئيسي المؤدي الى خارج بيساو لكن العاصمة بدت هادئة عموما. وقال المصدر العسكري نفسه ان بعض المهاجمين ينتمون فيما يبدو إلى جماعة الجولا العرقية التي تنتشر في اقليم كازامانس في جنوب السنغال. ونتيجة للاضطرابات التي سادت غينيا بيساو على مدى عقود منذ استقلالها عام 1974 اصبحت البلاد مركزا لعصابات المخدرات في أمريكا اللاتينية التي تهرب الكوكايين إلى أوروبا.

وكان من المفترض ان تضع الانتخابات في وقت سابق هذا العام البلاد على طريق الاستقرار وتزيد فرص وضع حد لتهريب المخدرات ولكنها اثارت بدلا من ذلك مزيدا من الفوضى بعد ان اعتقل الجيش المرشح الابرز رئيس الوزراء السابق كارلوس جوميز جونيور قبل جولتها الثانية.

وقال المجلس العسكري الذي أقامه الانقلاب ان جوميز جونيور ابرم اتفاقا سريا مع أنجولا التي كان لها قوة عسكرية في بيساو آنذاك للقضاء على قيادة الجيش.

وفر جوميز جونيور إلى البرتغال بعد الافراج عنه تحت ضغط دولي في حين لاذ بعض حلفائه بجامبيا الواقعة بين شمال وجنوب السنغال.

وسلم المجلس العسكري السلطة بعد ذلك الى حكومة مدنية انتقالية مكلفة باجراء انتخابات لكن الانقسام الدولي حول شرعيتها عرقل التقدم. وقالت مصادر دبلوماسية وعسكرية ان المعركة التي دارت اليوم الاحد قد تكون من تدبير أنصار جوميز جونيور بعد ان سد الجيش الطريق امام فوزه الذي كان متوقعا على نطاق واسع في الانتخابات.

ويحظى رئيس غينيا بيساو المؤقت مانويل سيرفو بدعم المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب افريقيا (ايكواس) التي فامت بدور بارز في التوسط في الأزمة. لكنه يفتقر إلى الدعم الكامل من الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي ومجموعة الدول الناطقة بالبرتغالية التي تقول ان حكومته لا تزال خاضعة لتأثير الجيش.

وقال مبعوث الامم المتحدة الخاص لدى غينيا بيساو جوزيف موتابوبا انه يسعى للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات بشان الحادث من وزارة الدفاع في غينيا بيساو ومجموعة ايكواس التي تحتفظ بقوة لتوطيد الاستقرار في البلاد قوامها 600 فرد. واضاف انه اتصل بمجموعة ايكواس “للتعبير عن قلقنا بشان العواقب السياسية والامنية المحتملة وعرض مساعدة الامم المتحدة في حالة احتياج السكان المحليين لها.”
